Shipment

Delivery time
The delivery time for items is usually 2 to 3 working days from receipt of payment.

Shipping item
Due to their size or weight, some items are sent by courier. A delivery date will be coordinated with you by the forwarding agent.

Delivery time information
The exact delivery time for your order will be shown to you in the shopping cart when you place an online order and will be communicated to you personally by our employees when you place an order by telephone. If you gave us your e-mail address when you placed your order, we will also send you an order confirmation in which you will once again receive confirmation of the delivery time. We will also use your e-mail address to give you other helpful information in connection with your order, such as delivery and return confirmations or free payment reminders.

Delays
If some items are not available at short notice or if the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by e-mail.

Shipment division
If the waiting time is too long, we will automatically split the shipment, which means you will receive the available items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. If we have your e-mail address, we will inform you with a delivery confirmation that your order will be sent in several packages.

Logistics partner
The items ordered will be packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.

Shipment tracking
You can use your package identification number/tracking number to find out the current shipment status of your package at any time if the shipping method allows for package tracking. You will receive further information on shipment tracking in your delivery confirmation by e-mail or from our telephone customer service.
